1. What type of printing method do you use?

We skillfully use dye-sublimation printing method on our stainless steel drinkware. Sublimation method makes the design appears crisp, vibrant, and long-lasting.

2. Is the mug microwave safe?

No, stainless steel mugs are not microwave safe.

3. Is the mug dishwasher safe?

Handwashing is highly recommended to preserve the vibrancy of the design.

4. What is your processing time?

We typically process orders within 2–3 business days for smaller quantity orders. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–8 business days (processing + shipping). Please note that all production and shipping timelines are based on calendar business days (Monday through Friday). Please also note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. What is the production time for bulk orders?

Production timelines for bulk orders (it may change based on order volume, specially during peak seasons):

20–50 units – 3-5 business days

51–200 units – 5-10 business days

201–500 units – 10-15 business days

501–1000 units – 15-20 business days

6. What carrier do you use to ship?

USPS for smaller quantity orders

UPS for larger volume orders.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

8. What is your return and refund policy?

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned due to the custom nature of the products.

Pre-designed and non-personalized items may be returned for a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

We offer free return shipping; however, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original condition.

Exceptions:

Holiday Returns: For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, we extend the return window to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Bulk Orders: Returns for bulk purchases (typically quantities of 6 or more) are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective. If you have any questions about our bulk order return policy, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.

To help ensure satisfaction and avoid issues related to changes of mind, we strongly recommend placing a sample order (1-2 units) before committing to a bulk purchase of the item you intend to order, allowing you to review product quality, design, and finish before placing a larger order.
