What type of drinkware do you offer?

We offer custom printing on a wide variety of drinkware including mugs, tumblers, water bottles, glassware, travel mugs, and more. Check our product catalog for available styles and sizes.

We use high-quality dye-sublimation printing technique for our stainless steel and ceramic drinkware, and UV DTF and premium vinyl decals on plastic drinkware, depending on the material and design requirements. All methods ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints.

We have no minimum order quantity requirement. Bulk discounts are available for larger orders.

Absolutely! You can upload your artwork, logo, or design directly on our website. Make sure the file is high-resolution (preferably PNG, SVG, or PDF) for the best results.

Yes! If you need assistance creating or refining your design, our in-house design team is happy to help. Basic design support is free with your order.

We typically process orders within 2–3 business days for smaller quantity orders. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–8 business days (processing + shipping). Please note that all production and shipping timelines are based on calendar business days (Monday through Friday).

 

Please also note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Production timelines for bulk orders (it may change based on order volume, specially during peak seasons): 

  • 20-50 units – 3-5 business days
  • 51-200 units – 5-10 business days
  • 201- 500 units – 10-15 business days
  • 501-1000 units – 15-20 business days

You’re welcome to order a quantity of 1 as a sample to review the quality before placing a bulk order.

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned due to the custom nature of the products.

Pre-designed and non-personalized items may be returned for a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

 

We offer free return shipping; however, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original condition.

 

Exceptions:

 

Holiday Returns: For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, we extend the return window to 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

Bulk Orders: Returns for bulk purchases (typically quantities of 10 or more) are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective. If you have any questions about our bulk order return policy, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.

To help ensure satisfaction and avoid issues related to changes of mind, we strongly recommend placing a sample order (1-2 units) before committing to a bulk purchase of the item you intend to order, allowing you to review product quality, design, and finish before placing a larger order.

Currently, we ship within US and select international destinations. International shipping costs and times will vary based on location.
