2. What printing methods do you use?
We use high-quality dye-sublimation printing technique for our stainless steel drinkware, and UV DTF and premium vinyl decals on plastic drinkware, depending on the material and design requirements. All methods ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have low minimum order quantities, starting from as little as 1 piece for most items. Bulk discounts are available for larger orders.
4. Can I print my own design or logo?
Absolutely! You can upload your artwork, logo, or design directly on our website. Make sure the file is high-resolution (preferably PNG, SVG, or PDF) for the best results.
5. Do you offer design help?
Yes! If you need assistance creating or refining your design, our in-house design team is happy to help. Basic design support is free with your order.
6. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Standard production time is 2-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected delivery method. Rush production is available for urgent orders—just let us know!

9. What is your return or refund policy?
Pre-Designed Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.
Custom Products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
10. Do you offer wholesale or corporate discounts?

11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within US and select international destinations. International shipping costs and times will vary based on location.
