Cupz n’ Printz offers personalized and pre-designed drinkware products. Customers may submit their own designs or choose from our available templates for printing on tumblers, glass cups, water bottles, and other items.
2. Custom Orders
Design Submission: Customers are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded images, text, or designs are high quality and do not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Proofs: We may provide digital proofs upon request or where needed. Once approved, the order will proceed to production.
No Returns on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD currency and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We usually process orders within 3–5 business days after payment and/or proof approval. Processing times may vary slightly based on the quantity ordered.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the approved proof or product description.

All designs, logos, and images on our website are the property of Cupz n’ Printz LLC or their respective owners and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
By submitting custom artwork, you affirm that you have the rights to use the content and grant us the right to print it on your selected product.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cupz n’ Printz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
