Shipping & Handling

We shipped products within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. For bulk orders, depending on quantity, processing time may be longer. Please contact us so we can discuss the processing time. We have partnered with USPS and UPS for domestic orders and USPS for international orders.

Non-personalized drinkware. We accept returns on non-personalized drinkware within 30 days from the day it was delivered. The product must be in the same condition as it was received. Eligible return will be refunded less the shipping cost. Custom designed and ersonalized drinkware. Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not accept returns on custom printed and/or personalized drinkware. We can send a replacement if the product arrived damaged or not as described.
